IMO the “American Oligarch” narrative needs to be directed towards Financial Institutions (investment banks, hedge funds, etc), health insurance/pharmaceutical corps, the military industrial complex, oil and gas corps, and other similar industries that have bought our politicians.

I get it. Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg bad. But there are industries controlling our government that have WAY more impact on the US/World than Tesla, Amazon, and Facebook. If we are actually going to achieve anything substantial we need to be slightly more serious and slightly less meme-ish. Going after the celebrity billionaires is not going to do anything. Just my two cents.
