The colleges are backed up and having problems getting Nursing Instructors to teach and graduate new nurses to help ease the workload….
But the Emergency room staff told me they don't have time or resources to train new people.
So basically the future of medicine is one bottleneck cluster F with staffing problems, management problems, and massive shortages.
No teachers
Major hospitals too busy to train the next generation ?!
Sounds like further dystopia…
