In my previous job I was using a faulty hand trolly where one wheel was loose and when I was loading it the handle hit me in the head and I got a concussion. Because of this I missed my last college exams and have to resist this summer. I was off work for a good few weeks because I was dizzy and getting bad migraines. My boss is claiming I walked into the bar and it didn't hit me.
If I make an injury claim to the insurance am I being dramatic? Also should I get a lawyer ? I'm just so frustrated they are saying I made this up, I know most people recover soon after concussions but I genuinely felt so sick for a long time!
I just think that work should never put you in a position to be hurt it really makes me angry
