Insecure housing due to job, unsure of what to do.

To make a long story short: my supervisor gave me the go-ahead to move into the on-site unit at my job this May. The on-site is a benefit that was offered immediately to their previous potential hire, but for some reason not offered to me upon my starting in the fall. I signed my agreement, ended my prior lease and started moving in. A week or two later I had a meeting with supervisor and their superior, and was asked not to mention that I had moved in as it wasn't approved by corporate due to a concern about certain figures not being met (I was still training when this problem arose.) If anyone that I service complains about me (as the clients are SUPER nosy and complain over nothing constantly, love to gossip, and overall make it an insufferable place to be) it'll go straight to corporate and screw me, so I've been super anxious about living there. I also cannot stand the lack of privacy, I constantly feel like I'm on edge. I've been living with my partner's family for the past few weeks because I can't stand the anxiety anymore.

I'm working on saving for a house, I'm afraid this is the highest paying job I can get at this time. I just feel so trapped in the anxiety and screwed.
