international or global along with regions on all job boards

I don't know if this is the right subreddit to post this in but I would like to know if and where I can get people to support a (future) change.org petition? The leading job boards have things like remote and work from home, but none of that matters if there is no international/global option. Remote and work from home will usually only apply to the country of the employer locally, not internationally, so many people waste their time applying to a job where the employers do not even hire internationally. They then spent more time looking into each employer trying to gauge and assess if the employer hires internationally. All of this is frustrating and time consuming. On top of all that, recruiters or “HR” doesn't even have the decency to tell the people they have been declined because of their region. The answer? An option for international/global. Employers…

The answer? An option for international/global. Employers when posting a job offering on all major online job boards will have to select a mandatory field called “International/Global“. It can either be “Yes/No“. This will determine if they can hire internationally and globally. If this is Yes, it will open up a sub-menu for regions, in which the employer can select at least 2 regions (from ALL, Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Antarctica, Europe, and Australia). If this is No, then it will turn off the region sub-menu.

What changes ? If I search for a Graphic Designer job, it should list all the jobs that are in my region AND all jobs that are free to apply with the International/Global flag. Jobs outside of this I will not even be able to apply to (or see).

I've seen websites that try to apply a band-aid to this issue by posting and researching companies that hire internationally. After looking into these results I can say that a lot of those companies somewhat hire internationally. I've seen employers that only hire US,South America, others that only hire EU and US and others that hire from Asia, US, Europe… It's a mess that needs to have some oversight and transparency… imho
