Just had a job interview with the individual who would be “the boss” for the position I was interviewing for. I immediately revoked my application afterward, as these are a few red flags that came out of the interviewer (again, the boss)'s mouth:
“People have told me I can be very controlling.”
“I spend more time at work than with my children.”
“The previous person in this role left after 1 year.”
There were many more major red flags, but these were the top 3.
Remember folks, you're interviewing them just as much, if not MORE than they're interviewing you.
