(My translation).

The guys? They prefer keep their weekend to have fun with their friends. E when they decide to try they do it with arrogance of who thinks his doing a great thing”.

We need people with passion because this jobs is without hours. I can't find the devotion and the attachment to the job anymore”

When i was young i worked on the cruise ships only for the food and a room to stay.

Now, after all of this, the best part:

“This is why i have no problem to say that working to learn doesn't necessary means get paid”.

This interview was published on one of the most famous journal in my country.

In mean, WTF. I logically can understand the concept of “i want to make more money so i don't pay people” is wrong but logically makes sense. But in this interview he genuinely can't understand why people don't want to work for him for free. You can feel the struggle in not understanding what is happening.
