OK – got an interview tomorrow with a place that I sent a resume to a couple of weeks ago. Red flags all over.
- Guy didn't introduce himself.
- Guy did not mention name of business.
- Guy did not seem to grasp that I might not remember him offhand, I've sent out a lot of resumes.
- Guy wanted an interview in an hour. (I put him off until tomorrow.)
I am getting a strong vibe that either he's a serial killer or their office manager just walked out in a huff and left them stranded. The address is in an established business park. I am bringing mace. But can someone offer a way to not get hired so I don't mess up my unemployment? (The company being run by a psycho is probably not a reason to turn down a job.)
