Interviewer starts laughing saying nobody wants to work but shifts are only 4-8 hours lol

I basically told him I'm looking for a full time position and have availability open, he says he only has 4-8 hour shifts and depends on “work orders”, but nobody wants to work! Anywho, I worked 3 hours the other day so I'm gonna go ahead and quit
