I was working for a cooperate barbershop. I put in my two weeks notice today (really 18 days) because I received a new job offer from a completely out of beauty industry company. The company decided that they would except my resignation, but effective immediately. Is this considered involuntary termination?
To the best of my knowledge, they haven’t given me an option for a severance package or are going to be paying me for the two weeks
