Is irregular scheduling worth the mental exhaustion?

Okay so this isn’t anti-work but just curious on everyone’s thoughts as the sub has decent diversity in jobs. I worked at a bio processing plant and the scheduling is 7pm-7am rotating mon/tues wed/thurs fri/sat/sun on and off. The pay is quite good there, but I have a lot of trouble sleeping and and it’s mentally exhausting working those hours especially on a night shift. Do you guys think it’s worth good pay? It is the most i can get right now, without having to work 2-3 years at a another company to match the pay. the job itself is quite boring as i sit at a computer most of the time, however i also enjoy the coworkers there, and have a decent amount of free time to chill on my phone and relax a little. I have an opportunity to go back and I’m not sure if i should…

I have an opportunity to go back and I’m not sure if i should take it. I am currently unemployed. If anyone has worked similar hours, please tell me how you’ve been able to adapt to that type of scheduling.
