Hello,I have been working in a “entry level” position for 2-3 years. I have had to teach myself 20 sites via only cameras. I pull video of the worst things that happen at our crisis facilities. I recently requested additional pay as i started at 19.70 in 2020 and am currently only making 21.50. I told my bosses inflation in arizona was killing my family and i needed more money. I went through the formal HR process and was told i was being paid appropriately… Which the job description says bachelors degree preferred at 21$ an hour…
So now they have finally found another person to “help”. They will want me to train them making my days harder/longer. Our camera systems are garbage and documentation from staff is poor. I'm literally about to put in my 2 weeks if they tell me i have to train this person but they couldn't pay me more then 21$ an hour in phoenix.
Am i over reacting, my managers get paid double what i do and if you asked them to pull a single video request they literally couldn't. Neither of my bosses know how to even log into the camera system. I literally taught myself.
