Is it appropriate to provide all the reasons for leaving in a resignation letter even when a company screwed you over?

I'm writing a resignation letter (effective immediately) and I'm debating on how much to say about why I'm dissatisfied with the company. or should I offer a way for them to contact me for an exit interview type thing if they so choose?
