Started a job on minimum wage. Only like 3 weeks in and have been offered another job for better money and hopefully less stressful days.
Do I owe my current employer anything if I leave? Like can I leave before my 3 months probation or will I be required to pay for any ‘training’ (the basic Health and safety ones. Don’t use a hose of electrics kind of dumb stuff)
Is my conscious clear to just leave and go elsewhere?
