is it legally OK for my last employer to not pay me. For time spent at the shop in the morning. And not pay me for the drive to the jobsite even if it’s an hour away or more. So I’d get there 6:50am most mornings. And wouldn’t clock in tell 7:30am or most times it was after 8am.
