They tried to keep me after I put in my 2 weeks. Told me how great I am to the point it was making me feel guilty for leaving. On my last two days, my manager and a senior team member which is close to me both took off. She told me shes sick but i can see her working. Another team lead I worked with also at home although he promised to take me out to lunch. My last job threw me a party with cake and booze. Not that i wanted anything. In fact, I prefer they don't. But the difference is dramatic. Glad I am leaving.
