Is it okay to job hop?

Is it okay to job hop for less than a $10,000 raise? I'm currently a legal assistant in Canada, and while I'm good at my job, there's not really any room to grow and there's a definite ceiling as far as salary. I'm already approaching that ceiling and I'm not even in my third year. I've been in my current position for almost a year now. I recently got the chance to interview for a tech company in a role that is very transferable to mine, but more broad and focusing more on the management and operations aspect. So I'm definitely interested to broaden my horizons in that sense. But, we're currently in negotiations for salary. I currently make $52k a year. The budget for the new position is $50-65k a year. They're wanting to go with $55k a year, I'm obviously trying to get the max and hopefully use…

Not sure what to do. The work atmosphere and people I've spoken with seem great, full benefits, retirement savings plan, WFH, etc.

I'm just not sure if it's wise to job hop again for what is potentially a smaller raise.
