I stayed for slightly under 3 years at my first job and current job coming to 2.5 years. Due to various reasons, I am unhappy and overworked with more work planned in the pipeline. I have a very attractive job offer sitting on my lap now. My future boss seems great to work with too. My aunt however was asking what job prospect was my mum worried about because I never stayed >5 years 🙁
