Is it wage theft?

I work for an authorized dealer of a large communications company. We will call them M for short. The big company M. They offer reward points that translate to cash based on what you sell and you spend that money with a card. Kind of like a gift card that recharges itself the more you sell. I signed up for the rewards and I never received my card. Time went on and I never thought much of it. I made a few large sales that came with alot of points. So I had my boss check my reward balance.,turns out my balance was in the thousands, and all of the rewards were declined and the card was never issued. I filed a case for the card and the money owed. They denied the claim. They stated I had not provided my SSN # which was impossible for me to do,…

They will not issue the card or the balance.

Is this wage theft? I work for someone that works under the umbrella of M , and the card is a benefit for salesman like myself.

I asked for upper management contact info. In order to contact the attorney general's office to see if something can be done. I'm sure M has numerous lawyers on retainer and as soon as I mentioned the AG they will pass it off to legal and never respond.

But Is this wage theft and is there anything that can be done, or am I going to get screwed. All the best.
