Hi there I’ve recently started at my new job. I’m cleaning and I get a weird pay but I don’t think it’s worth it and I’ve been trying to find a new job. I’ve been working in this one job location where it’s constantly hot even with aircon on and it’s still plus 40 degrees everyday, I’ve been getting heat exhaustion because of it and it’s a lot of work and has caused me to not be able to complete the rest of my shifts because of the heat. Is it even reasonable to continue working in these conditions? it doesn’t seem to be getting any better( I have complained to the boss before but the owner of the place doesn’t seem to realise how bad it is) I’ve been physically exhausted at the end of every shift. It’s very hard to find another job at the moment for me but I’m working Monday- Friday but Barely making enough money to pay all bills.
