Is less money worth it to have more time with family?

My husband and I are both working full time. I had a baby in September 2021, she is 10 months now. I work in the morning, from 8 AM – 4:30 PM. In order to avoid childcare expense, my husband works from 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM. When one is working, the other watches the baby. We are making decent money, but we are exhausted all the time and we feel disappointed that we can’t spend time together during the day. My income would basically only cover daycare, so the two choices I have other than our current situation are being a stay at home mom or using most of my money for daycare. Is it worth staying home with my baby to see my husband and develop our family relationships more, even for half our current income?
