I do not like my supervisor at all. In short, he treats me different than all the other people that I work with and I resent him for this. I think the guys kiss his butt a lot and he enjoys having his ego stroked. So, while I am stuck at this job I do everything to avoid him. I have access to his calendar and so I have strategically been timing things when he is engaged and that way I won't have to interact with him.
Well, I have noticed that now he times his moves where we are always running into each other. For example, My office is next to his and I can tell when he is on the telephone. So when I hear him busy, I get up and walk past his office to communicate something with my coworker. Well, this was working but now as soon as I get up, he magically comes back that way and has to get something from the fridge. I have noticed that he does this when I am only going back there. I also started leaving and going to the restroom a few minutes before he left, that way I did not have to talk to him. Well, he has started staying later and when I come out of the bathroom he is always walking passed me to talk or greet. At 1st I thought it was a coincidence, but this sh*t has been happening a lot later. He even listens when I get ready to go to lunch so he can pop by because I think he can tell I hate his guts. Has anyone every had a boss like this?
