Is my job religiously discriminating against its employees?

Hello! I apologize if this question doesn't really belong here, but I don't know where else to ask. I had a discussion about this with another coworker and I feel like there may be some nuance that I don't understand and would like to ask a larger community (reddit) to help shed some light on this for me. I work for an escape room company that has a mission statement, vision, and list of values that every single employee must not only memorize and be able to recite, but abide by and follow or else we will be written up. 2-3 write ups is immediate termination.

One of these values is our “Integrity” value, which states “We endeavor to honor God through hard work, honesty, fairness, and generosity.”

Now, if I don't believe in God/have denounced God/etc, this value will be extremely hard to uphold. It's not that I don't value Integrity, but the fact that we must recite that and are also held to that definition makes me feel like I am being forced to honor something that I or others may not believe in. I know others who hate this value because it goes directly against their religious beliefs.

If we are written up/terminated because we refuse to follow the value, honoring God, is that religious discrimination? Or is this something that can be twisted to come off as “you don't value integrity, and this is why we terminated you.”
