Picked up this job a few months back and got 20 hours at times and 10-15 normally. Recently, I’m getting 5 hours a week and it’s like, why should I even bother coming in for 1.5-2 hour shifts?
I am currently in college and wanted something part time but more like 20 hours not a mere 5. One guy is getting a shift I used to get and I wonder if they are giving me hardly any hours now and giving them to him instead for some reason? I don’t think they would fire me as they know my family and maybe they are trying to force my hand so it’s easier for them?
