My office has a very sloppy executive setup. It's roughly a dozen people working for one boss, the entire point of the business is to serve his whims. I am trying to use my PTO but know that at least four people can see my info at any time; the lines of who does what work are so blurred, various people have been given the ability to check that information over time. Those people also are some of the most likely to run their mouth.
Is PTO and other information related to benefits meant to be private?
