Is taking a pay cut worth it?

So I applied and had an interview with a cricket farm. The place seemed laid back and fun. Everyone was nice smaller operation with just 40 employees. The main attraction of this job to me is the hours (1st shift m-f). Right now I’m a dishwasher. I work 2nd shift and my days off or Tuesday and Wednesday. This has put a big strain on me and my gf because she is first shift with weekends off. Also we don’t live together yet so it’s hard to see each other with this schedule. I make 15 an hour doing dishes which I feel like is pretty damn good for just scrubbing some pans. The cricket farm starts at 14 then after 90 days I can get a raise if they feel like I’m preforming good. The cricket farm sounds good as the schedule will be perfect for me and my…

Also they have overtime options so I can always work 10 hour days then have overtime on fridays if need be. I’m just having a hard time going down a dollar an hour. Any thoughts or advice would be helpful
