is that even legal?

I posted the other day about my plantar fasciitis, and how I got sent home because I could no longer stand, and sat down briefly while on the clock. Next weeks schedule got put up today and im off all next week. I confronted my manager about it, and he totally avoided answering as to why. When I kept saying “literally just answer me. Why am I not on the schedule next week??” He said “I remember when you started here, you were so different(volunteering to work overtime, just generally more friendly bc I was a teenager with my first job, etc)…I wish you were still like that.” Which…not an answer. Is it legal for management to take you completely off the schedule because they're mad at you. Eventually he agreed to put me on for next week, but this isn't the first time he's done it to employees. And…
