Is there a “good” way to quit?

I was going to quit this coming Monday since I don't care about burning bridges with this manager and it would give them less time to prepare for the week. I think I can argue constructive dismissal for unemployment, but if it gets denied then I'm also ok with that. If I just don't show up, don't say anything, eventually they would just fire me or send the police for a wellness check . Would it be better to force them to fire me like that instead of arguing constructive dismissal or is there a better way to quit?
