I’m a new guy at my job, and I’ve been getting shit on for not knowing everything. To top it all off, my coworkers don’t want to help me out because I need to “figure it out.”
I can’t quit because I need to pay the bills, but if they’re going to be assholes then I’m just going to up the ante and play stupid on my shifts until I get the appropriate help.
A bunch of my coworkers were talking shit, but I ignored them and I think it got on their nerves tbh. But are there any other ways to retaliate?
