I recently quit my job. There are many reasons for this, but the biggest one is that one of my coworkers sexually assaulted another coworker (who was a minor at the time). This isn't his first offense, and we're supposed to have a zero tolerance policy on sexual harassment. I've tried talking to my managers, and HR, and they're very deflective about why he's still allowed to work there. All I know is that the victim didn't outright say they wanted him fired, so they didn't. I don't think it's right that they haven't fired him, and I'm not sure what I can do from here if anything. I don't work there any more but it's messed up to know that it could happen to someone else. Might be of note that this job works especially with young children and teens.
