Is this a scam?

Hi, I've started sending my resume to employers as of last week and yesterday I got an email from an employer “ASM Scholarships”. They said that they've reviewed my application and would like to move forward with it. They asked me to provide them with my full name, address and phone number, which I did. When I sent my details yesterday I also asked for more details about the job, they replied back with what seems like a very generic response…almost robotic. They offered around $800 a week (part time job), the spellings on the email also had lots of errors and it almost seemed like the English of the person writing the email wasn't their first language, yet their name is Steven something and they claim to work for that company for many years as recruiters. Anyhow, I wanted to ask, if it is indeed a scam…am I in trouble for giving them my full name, street address and Google Voice phone number?
