Is this normal behavior from a manager?

I've been working at a grooming salon as a dog bather for the last month. I jumped into full time, Mon-Fri 8 hour shifts after never having a job before and I am obviously exhausted everyday. However, I've never missed a day or shown up late and I believe that I am doing my job very well. Because of my exhaustion, I take a couple 5 minute breaks everyday in the kitchen area of the shop to just decompress but quickly get back to work. I've been working at a grooming salon as a dog bather for the last month. I jumped into full time, Mon-Fri 8 hour shifts after never having a job before and I am obviously exhausted everyday. Because of my exhaustion, I take a couple 5 minute breaks everyday in the kitchen area of the shop to just decompress but quickly get back to work.

My manager has noticed this and my co-workers have made a HUGE deal and yell at me every time. I feel bad, I'm just extremely tired and need to rest my feet for literally 2 minutes. Yesterday, I left the kitchen and came back to the chairs being gone. My supervisor removed them and we are no longer allowed to sit AT ALL at any point in the day. We work on our feet for 8+ hours a day.

We ate lunch standing. This woman also threatened to take our phones and put them into a basket which I am extremely uncomfortable with. Is this normal, or even allowed? I felt so disturbed I wanted to just leave but I need this job, and I love the field but I dislike this shop very much. Please give me insight.
