So I sent in my letter of resignation today via email to all of the administrators of the school I work at. I had not received a response from any of them, but my coworker texted me asking why I quit. I thought it was super odd that the admin are telling my coworkers I quit before they even responded to my resignation letter. Is this unprofessional/petty, or am I over thinking this?
