Is This Wrong

I just recently started taking meds for my lyme disease again because it started acting up and I have bells palsy because of it, I told my boss (my brother in law) that I wasnt feeling good because of all the meds I'm on, and they get upset with me for not going to work, I want to look for another job but I don't want to fuck up my family, I just want to know some opinions
