So if you read articles about how IT employees would take a paycut for a better job experience that's bullcrap. Most people hate the experience because of how bad the pay is.
Agile becoming popular only makes things worse as companies pay you like a waterfall model employee while making you work overtime.
On top of it agile saves training costs by throwing people who don't know shit into projects ; all that training money never comes to the employees who work hard and grind to get the work done.
This is the reason so many people are quitting their jobs. You don't respect the workforce. It's going to all blow up at some point.
