Do employers not get that every action in your store cycles back.
You treat your employees bad.
Employee calls in.
Employees are less likely to come in when not scheduled due to poor treatment.
Entire shift every other person is overworked.
Rinse repeat.
If your treat all your employees great and don’t punish people for calling out. Or small things. And make them feel welcome. You won’t be short staffed because when you ask for coverage people will be more willing to come in.
