I hear people complain that wages are too low and that employers are lying about wages, benefits, working conditions, making false promises, etc, but those things are happening because many of those same people are taking those jobs and doing them anyway. Wages and other conditions are determined by supply and demand. Don't supply yourself for low wages and they'll go up.
