Wake up well rested. No alarm cattle prodding you to get up way earlier than you want to. You've got all day. No rush to go do anything. No stressing about todays meetings or tasks. It's just you and whatever you want to do.
A day off for a real disconnect is so important for health and avoiding/recovering from burnout. After having severe burnout I take my days off very seriously. If my boss needs me they can eat shit. It's not more important than my wellbeing. It's sad that true days off have been resigned to the past for a lot of people. It's unhealthy.
