Worker: Mr Executive, why do you get paid magnitudes more than everyone else?
Executive: (smirk condescending laugh) Because its ultimately ME who is RESONSIBLE for everything! Everything falls on ME! If we succeed or fail its on ME! It took me years of experience to get to this point and that’s why the company depends on ME and that’s WHY I AM paid so much!

Executive: There is an immediate issue! We need everyone to work unpaid overtime until XYZ is resolved
Worker: Wait, why do I have to work more than 40 hours (without being paid extra)?
Executive: Because there is an immediate issue and we need everyone to work in order to remedy it.
Worker: But I thought its ultimately YOU who is RESONSIBLE for everything? And that everything falls on YOU? And if we all succeed or fail its on YOU? Isnt this the justification for why YOU are paid MAGNITUTES more than everyone else? Now its emergency time, isn’t now your time to SHINE and show us all WHY you earn 150X more than average workers?
