My check was supposed to be here by Friday. Monday comes around and still no check. When asked about it all my dm has to say is that the company is working on it, nothing about when we’re actually going to be getting our checks or what the company is doing to fix the problem. I have bills due today, my car is getting fixed tomorrow, and my cat has a vet appt Wednesday. I get paid 10 an hour. I can’t afford to go without my check for any amount of time.
I know I need to contact the labour board of my state fair this, but is there a certain amount of time you have to wait before contacting?
