It’s not a raise, it’s a bonus

Asked my supervisor when I could expect a raise since I’ve been at the same $12/hr pay rate for the (?)years I’ve been with them. I’ve also gone through all training, placed on other projects with little to no notice….and have almost never had my call quality go below exceptional. Oh and have only had to take 1 occurrence/point Not sure if I should tough it out or just leave. Feel like I’ve been strung along with no increase in sight. “It's not an increase but a bonus. I have to wait to present it to you until they create a listing for the month which I have asked for but have no control over. Just note that it does usually run about a month or so after your anniversary date. You will have the choice between PTO or a lump cash sum which we will discuss when I'm able…
