It’s the repeated disrespect of my schedule for me :)))

Just as the title says. Need off for an appointment on Thursday, told boss man no less than 3 times over a combo on text and email. Find out I’m scheduled a full shift for that day. Told him I won’t be coming. Still waiting for a response. At this point if my boss tries to pull a fast one on me like last time or tries to order me into work anyways, I’m ready to walk.
