I’ve been “Quiet Quitting” for months and didn’t even realize it

I’ve been at my job for about 21.5 years. I make “ok” money but I haven’t worked a 40 hour week for a long time. Add to this that new employees fresh off the street can start off making $2 less than me and I haven’t been given a raise for so long. I used to stay busy and productive during down time but I’ve noticed I tend to go on the internet and read news stories for the past several months. In one of those stories, I learned about quiet quitting. I could totally relate. Another term that I’ve learned and have applied is, “Act your wage.” Damn tootin’.
