I’m getting paid $13 an hour in California (I do not get anything taken away from my check and still get my 1.5x overtime). Is it too soon to ask for a raise to $14 an hour? I mean it’s only been three weeks lol but am I being taken advantage of? Or is this generally fair for Cali? Opens at 10am closes 12am.
