i’ve decided to quit.

i’ve been working at a multibillion $ corporation for 3 years now. it started off amazing, great benefits, great team, great management. i can’t pinpoint exactly when it all went downhill, i started being overlooked for raises (as a minority) but i’d have the carrot dangled saying i should look into applying for them, they started hiring less competent people and i find myself with no raise and no training doing the jobs of people who have had a raise and the right training. there are days where i spread myself so thin and i do 4 roles at once (all while we’re fully staffed with at least 60 members at any time). this was my last straw, they scheduled me on my days off, and tried to reprimand me for not coming, and finally the management tried to tell me i was wrong about basically everything. i’m quitting, i…
