I work in the tech industry, software Dev and I heard this today “The team is performing well but is getting a little too comfortable with the tasks we need to get them out of the comfort zone.” What's the objective here? Uncomfortable team? I was so triggered hearing this I had to share it somewhere. The team is PREFORMING WELL, and when we checked the project status, they were ahead of schedule. Why fuck up the dynamic?
