That is not to mention that some people that started working when then raise happened are still getting the previous wage even though their original offer letter had the new wage set. They got the run around saying they didn't have the forms signed… some signed them like 4 different times, Then because it had been so long and they started on the production floor… they said they had to check that they had no corrective actions before they could get a raise…. Now its been days and waiting on some corporate a-hole who is in some corporate conference for “approval” to give these people months worth of backpay.
As the mere receptionist I had to take all the complains because I was damned to be the only bilingual… the least paid yet i was fulfilling duties for Recruiting.. Site admintrator… HR….
Next Wednesday is my last finally. Not going to get more pay, but at least I will only have one job
