I applied for this position as it was advertising as remote but training would take place at physical office. The description says preferred experience. Got an email saying they were interested and to fill out further info on their site instead of Indeed. Person that called me told me that I wouldn't be a good fit due to not having any dispatch experience and their ENTRY LEVEL position requires experience. Maybe don't word your job listing as entry level with an experience preference if you are really just requiring experience.
