Being vague for personal reasons but long story short, my company gave us a maximum of $700 to spend on WFH tools to improve our home life. I purchase the items and get reimbursed.
Simple enough right?
Nope! 8 months later they alert me that somehow i purchased the wrong items (a work from home desk, mouse, keyboard and laptop stand) and they were taking the reimbursed amount out of my upcoming check (the check I’m using for rent!!!!)
I can’t seem to stop this and I’m just so sad. Now a little stressed on how to pay my upcoming rent now that my check is short.
