Job listings are a fucking joke

Currently employed at a fortune 500 tech company and looking to leave as it is soul crushing (odd hours, insane expectations, and management that markets you as the one who can do it all). I have a Cs degree, numerous industry certifications, and experience that is unrivaled by many my age. At this point I have sent over 200 applications through various channels (on company sites, zip recruiter, indeed, and LinkedIn) and not a single call back. I am no stranger to this game but really? I am definitely in a golden handcuffs scenario.

And yes before anyone asks I've done everything you could possibly do to be considered. This is not my first rodeo I'm young but have been around the block. The whole thing is fucked. If I can't get hired with a near perfect resume then who TF can?

Anyone else experiencing this? At this point I can't even get hired for less money. I just want to stop being miserable. I know job searching is a nightmare in general, but it's worrisome especially considering my experience.
